MudFire Gallery will host "Asheville in Atlanta 2005", a group show curated by artist Kyle Carpenter. This annual exhibit and sale highlights a new group of artists each year, showcasing a large body of new works by each artist. Th artist reception and exhibit opening is set for Thursday, September 15, from 6-10 pm. The exhibit and sale will be on display through October 15, 2005.

More About Asheville in Atlanta 2005
The annual "Asheville in Atlanta" show is MudFire Gallery's most anticipated event each year. Guest curator Kyle Carpenter puts together a group of top-notch artists from the Asheville, North Carolina area. Asheville is widely known for being home to a vast pool of ceramics talent and activity. Kyle invites the best-of-the-best, bringing their work to Atlanta for an intimate review of their latest creations. The number of artists is limited so that visitors are able to enjoy a sizeable body of work that reflects the full range of forms the artist is currently producing. This year Mr. Carpenter is joined in the show by John Arsenault, Michael Kline, and Kristin Schoonover.
